Remote Lead Generation & Sales Specialist (Philippines) Remote | Full-Time | Long-Term Position Do you enjoy talking to people, making sales, and earning commission? We are a growing Canadian home service company looking for a motivated Lead Generation & Sales Specialist to contact past customers, follow up with old leads, and book new estimates. Your job is simple: Call previous customers. Call old leads. Follow up on estimates. Send follow-up emails and text messages. Book new estimates. Generate new business. Responsibilities Make outbound calls to previous customers and leads Follow up by phone, email, and text Book free estimates Ask customers about upcoming home improvement projects Keep customer notes updated in our CRM Help generate new business every day Daily Expectations Minimum 100 outbound calls per day Follow up with customers by phone, email, and text Keep CRM notes accurate Book new estimates and generate sales Maintain a professional and positive attitude Requirements Excellent spoken and written English Friendly and confident phone voice Sales, appointment setting, or outbound calling experience is preferred Reliable computer or laptop High-speed internet connection Quiet workspace Able to work North American business hours Self-motivated and dependable Compensation Base Pay: ₱210/hour (approximately $5 CAD/hour ) Plus Performance Commission On average, you can expect to earn between ₱68,000 and ₱81,000 per month (base pay + commission). There is no cap on the amount you can earn. The more business you generate, the more commission you make. Why Join Us?
