Job Summary We are looking for a highly skilled and results-driven L3 Senior IT Engineer to join our growing IT team. In this role, you will lead the planning, implementation, and delivery of complex IT infrastructure and cloud projects for multiple clients within a fast-paced Managed Services Provider (MSP) environment. You will serve as a technical expert and project lead, ensuring seamless deployments, system optimization, and exceptional client experience. Job Responsibilities: Act as the technically-accountable owner of assigned client projects — taking projects handed over from the Service Manager and delivering them end-to-end from a technical standpoint. Architect, design, and demonstrate technical solutions that align client business goals with company technology standards. Prepare detailed product specifications for the development and implementation of client solutions. Architect, install, configure, and troubleshoot server operating systems and core infrastructure. Serve as the senior technical point of contact for assigned projects and accounts —keeping clients informed of progress, next steps, and ETAs throughout the project lifecycle. Manage client expectations effectively when targets cannot be met, and resolve project issues before they escalate. Deliver project status updates, risk reporting, and presentations to both internal teams and client audiences. Mentor junior engineers and L1/L2 staff; contribute to the internal knowledge base. Engage in ongoing self-training and certification to preserve professional viability. Job Requirements: Bachelor’s or associate degree in a related field such as Information Technology, Engineering, or Computer Science (or equivalent combination of education and experience). Minimum 5 years of hands-on engineering experience in an MSP environment; 8+ years total IT experience preferred. Advanced expertise in Microsoft 365 administration — Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Intune, Security & Compliance, Defender / ATP. Working knowledge of multi-vendor firewalls — SonicWALL, Sophos, Juniper, Fortinet, WatchGuard. Strong understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals — endpoint protection, MFA, EDR/XDR, SOC, phishing defence, vulnerability management, threat management. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences. Ability to mentor and develop junior team members. Pay: Php100,000.00 - Php140,000.00 per month Application Question(s): How much is your expected salary?
