Clipmasters runs a video editing and design subscription for agencies and content businesses. We're looking for a sharp, self-driven outbound sales development representative to own our appointment-setting process from day one. Ideally, this is someone who can, relatively quickly, take on running sales calls and closing deals as well, and who has the capability to eventually own our whole sales process and help manage the sales team as we build it out. If the first two months go well, this can turn into a long-term role with real room to grow into sales leadership. The Role You'll start by owning the entire outbound process, end to end: building targeted lists, running cold outreach, and booking qualified calls for our CEO/founder. You won't be starting from scratch: we hand you a proven playbook with sequences, scripts, and objection handling built from the outreach that signed our current clients. If you prove yourself, there's an opportunity to move into running the sales calls yourself and closing deals, and for the right person, into owning our sales process and helping manage the sales team longer term. What You'll Do Build and maintain targeted lists of video production companies, videographers, and creative agencies in our target markets, using ICP and targeting criteria we provide. Run cold email sequences, LinkedIn outreach, IG DM campaigns, and cold calls, bringing your own tools and ideas on how to structure the process. Turn positive replies into booked calls with our CEO/founder. A call only counts as qualified if the prospect is a decision maker, has already seen our work, and already knows our pricing going in. Handle confirmations, reminders, and rebooking no-shows, since a booked call that doesn't happen doesn't count. Down the line: run sales calls, close deals, and potentially help manage the sales team as we build it out. What We're Looking For You do the work yourself. No agencies, no teams, no delegating to juniors. Excellent written and spoken English. You'll be writing to prospects in our name, and agency owners notice templated writing immediately. A track record of booking B2B meetings, ideally for agencies or service businesses, with real numbers to back it up. Bonus: experience running sales calls, closing deals, or leading a small sales team. Flexibility to work across time zones for calls and same-day reply handling, including Australia. Comfortable reporting weekly on contacts, replies, bookings, and show rate. Genuine ambition to grow into a sales leadership role. What We Offer A proven playbook, scripts, case studies, and a full asset library for follow-ups Pricing you're allowed to share openly with prospects Freedom to run your own stack and methods Fast, direct feedback from the CEO/founder Hourly rate plus a bonus for every qualified call booked A long-term role if the first two months go well, with real room to grow into sales leadership How To Apply Please answer the following questions to be considered for this position: Start your answer to the outbound campaign question below with the word "overnight" so we know you read this. One outbound campaign you personally ran end to end: how you built the list, which channels you used, the volume, the reply rate, and how many meetings it booked. Any experience you have running sales calls, closing deals, or leading a small sales team. If you don't have this yet, say so honestly and tell us why you're confident you could grow into it. A three-sentence cold email you'd send to the owner of a busy video production company, introducing our service (check out clipmasters.io first). No AI-generated filler; we can tell. Confirmation that you personally, not a team, will be doing this work, plus your time zone and realistic weekly availability. Which tools you'd use for list building, sending, and tracking, and how you'd structure your first 30 days with us. Applications that skip these are declined without reading.
