We are currently looking for a detail-obsessed Amazon Operations Executive to take full ownership of our storefronts. In this role, you will manage, protect, and continuously optimize the accuracy and performance of our product listings to ensure our brand thrives across multiple global Amazon marketplaces. Job Responsibilities: Experience with Amazon Seller Central listing management (Eg: Creating \& uploading flatfile on Amazon Seller Central, Premium A\+ Content, Uploading Images in bulk, Account Health Compliance Submission) Update listing and product information in Amazon seller central Intermediate understanding of Seller Central functions Have a clear understanding of product categories and sub-categories on Amazon To perform listing checks in US, Canada, Australia and Europe marketplaces To resolve listing issues within SLA Communicating with Amazon Seller Central support to fix issues as and when required Familiar with promotions and bundles creation Consolidating Customer Reviews Task reporting mainly on Whatsapp and Asana. All communications are expected to reply within 15 mins Bonus experience in handling Shopify, Target, Mirakl platforms \& other US e-commerce marketplaces Any other ad hoc duties or tasks as assigned Requirements Experience in Amazon Seller Central Expert knowledge of Amazon flatfiles, variations listings, listing requirements etc. Proficient in excel, google suites and simple graphic editing is required. Have a good command of English and communicating skills Analytical and meticulous attention to details Independent and highly motivated individual Takes pride and initiative with work Strong time management skills Work effectively in a team and able to work independently with minimal supervision Able to be consistent in delivering tip-top work performance and take full ownership of tasks Meeting KPI consistently Agile and thrive in fast pace, changing environment Must have a stable internet connection and reliable equipments We use Monitask for screen and time tracking If you are interested, please accomplish the sample task below and please send your resume to careers.va@keababies.com.
