Sales Analyst

Job Description

The Sales Analyst will support the Sales team by providing data-driven analysis and insights to help drive business growth. Responsible for analyzing sales data, monitoring the sales pipeline, and assisting the Sales team throughout the opportunity lifecycle. Responsibilities Compile, analyze, and report on sales and pipeline data. Collaborate with the Sales team to identify new business opportunities and ensure accurate pipeline entries. Monitor and follow up on sales opportunities from initial identification through closure using Creatio and Sigma. Work closely with Sales Representatives to maintain accurate and updated opportunity information, encourage follow-ups, and support pipeline progression. Prepare pipeline reports and presentations for Sales teams and management, highlighting sales stages, trends, opportunities, and areas requiring attention. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to support sales performance and business growth. Assist in developing sales plans and objectives. Collaborate with the Sales Planning Manager and Demand Planning team on sales forecasting using pipeline activity, historical data, and market trends. Actively participate in the Participative Management Process Team through meetings, indicator updates, suggestions, team presentations, and other activities. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required. At least 4 years of experience directly related to the role is required. Experience or exposure to the FMCG and F&B industries is required. Must be self-motivated, organized, efficient, and able to manage multiple priorities. Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with the ability to interpret data and solve practical problems. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with Sales teams. Experience preparing reports, business presentations, and professional correspondence is preferred. Strong English communication skills are required, while English/Spanish bilingual proficiency is highly encouraged. Knowledge of the beverage manufacturing industry is an advantage.
