Position Summary We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented UX/UI Designer with 5\+ years of professional experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating intuitive, engaging, and visually compelling digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to transform user needs and business objectives into elegant, user-centered design solutions. Key Responsibilities Design user-centered interfaces for web and mobile applications. Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups. Translate business requirements and user research into functional design concepts. Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs. Maintain and evolve design systems and UI guidelines for consistency. Conduct usability reviews and iterate designs based on feedback. Create visual assets and graphics as needed for digital products. Design Excellence We're looking for more than someone who can use design software—we're looking for a designer with exceptional visual taste and a passion for creating modern, engaging digital experiences. The ideal candidate demonstrates a strong understanding of current web and mobile design trends, typography, color theory, spacing, layout, and visual hierarchy. They have an eye for detail, know when to follow established patterns and when to innovate, and consistently create interfaces that are both beautiful and highly usable. Candidates should be able to explain the design decisions behind their work and present a portfolio that reflects thoughtful, polished, user-centered design. Required Skills \& Experience 5\+ years of proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or in a similar role. A strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional UX/UI design work is required. Proficiency in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and design systems. Strong experience using Adobe Photoshop for visual design and image editing. Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices. Experience designing responsive layouts for web and mobile applications. Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment. Strong attention to detail and a refined sense of visual aesthetics. Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and explain design decisions. Portfolio Requirement Applicants must submit a strong portfolio showcasing modern UX/UI work that demonstrates exceptional visual design, creative problem-solving, attention to detail, responsive design across multiple devices, and thoughtful user-centered experiences. The portfolio should clearly illustrate both the design process and the final product. Brand Awareness Ability to design experiences that align with an organization's brand identity while creating visually compelling, conversion-focused, and user-friendly digital experiences. Candidates should understand how design reinforces brand consistency while meeting business goals and enhancing the overall customer experience. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Adobe Illustrator or other Adobe Creative Suite tools. Basic understanding of HTML/CSS (not required but considered an advantage).
