Product Manager – SaaS Development Coordination \& QA \| Full-Time \| $8–$9/hr Location: Remote, Philippines-based preferred Schedule Full-Time \| Monday to Friday Work Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Central Time Compensation $8–$9 USD/hour based on experience Type: Long-Term \| Full-Time About The Role We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically capable Product Manager to help coordinate day-to-day product development between our internal team and our outsourced development partner. This is a hands-on execution role, not a high-level strategy-only role. You will help manage the feature roadmap, maintain the project board, coordinate with developers, run QA before features go live, and make sure product updates are fully tested before release. The ideal candidate is organized, technical enough to communicate clearly with developers, and comfortable owning details from request to release. What You’ll Do Development Team Coordination Serve as the day-to-day point of contact with the outsourced development team Translate business needs and feature requests into clear specs, user stories, and task requirements Help run weekly sprint meetings and follow up on priorities Keep the backlog organized and ready for development Communicate timeline updates, risks, and delays to internal stakeholders QA \& Testing Own the QA process for new features, bug fixes, and platform updates Create and maintain test plans and test cases Test features in staging before they go live Click through user flows, check edge cases, and verify data accuracy Document bugs with clear steps, screenshots, expected behavior, and severity Confirm bugs are fixed before release Help ensure nothing ships without proper testing and approval Project Board Management Own and maintain the product development board in Monday.com Update statuses, add new tasks, close completed work, and archive stale items Organize work into categories such as features, bugs, enhancements, and technical debt Make sure each task has an owner, priority, and target sprint or deadline Prepare weekly status summaries for leadership Roadmap \& Feature Support Maintain the product roadmap based on direction from leadership Collect and organize feature requests from the team and support tickets Help prioritize requests using impact and effort Write feature briefs with problem statements, proposed solutions, acceptance criteria, and success metrics Track progress against roadmap items and report updates Required Experience 3\+ years of experience in product management, project management, QA, or technical coordination Hands-on QA experience testing software, writing test cases, and reporting bugs Experience working with outsourced or remote development teams Experience with project management tools such as: - Monday.com - Jira - Asana - ClickUp - Linear Strong written English communication Ability to write clear specs, bug reports, user stories, and status updates Comfortable working with developers across time zones Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision Must be available to work 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Central Time Preferred Experience Experience with SaaS or subscription-based platforms Experience in dental, orthodontic, healthcare, or health-tech software Experience writing agile/scrum user stories Basic understanding of web technologies such as APIs, databases, front-end, and back-end concepts Experience with Figma or other design tools for reviewing or annotating mockups To Apply Please submit the following via email to inigo@cascadeffects.com 1\.
