Our Ideal Candidate Our ideal Business Enablement Specialist is a proactive, detail-oriented professional with strong experience in procurement operations, vendor management, and commercial contract administration. You understand not only the foundational stages of procurement, but also how contractual terms, technology, risk, compliance, and operational processes work together throughout the vendor lifecycle. You have hands-on experience reviewing, interpreting, and administering commercial contracts, including vendor agreements, master services agreements, statements of work, software and SaaS agreements, purchase terms, confidentiality agreements, amendments, and renewals. You can identify key commercial and operational provisions, flag contractual risks, track obligations, and coordinate effectively with Legal, Finance, Information Security, and business stakeholders. You are also highly comfortable with technology and have practical experience using procurement, contract lifecycle management, vendor management, or workflow automation platforms. You can quickly learn new systems, configure or improve workflows, maintain accurate data, generate reports, and help teams transition from manual processes to scalable and automated solutions. You thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment, partnering with US-based clients and internal stakeholders to streamline procurement and contracting processes, support technology implementations, optimize cross-functional workflows, and promote compliance with procurement policies and frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, and GDPR. With advanced Business English skills, strong analytical abilities, and a process-driven mindset, you bring sound judgment, commercial awareness, and the ability to translate business requirements into efficient, technology-enabled operations. How You Will Make Your Impact Lead day-to-day procurement operations, including vendor sourcing, evaluation, onboarding, due diligence, approval coordination, and offboarding. Manage the end-to-end vendor lifecycle, ensuring that suppliers meet performance, budget, contractual, security, and compliance requirements. Review commercial contracts and related documents to identify key terms, obligations, renewal dates, pricing provisions, service levels, termination rights, data protection requirements, and operational risks. Conduct initial contract reviews and prepare issue summaries, comparison tables, or contract intake information for escalation to Legal or other appropriate stakeholders. Coordinate the drafting, negotiation, approval, execution, storage, and renewal of vendor and customer-related agreements. Partner with Legal, Finance, Information Security, Business Development, and operational teams to ensure that contracts accurately reflect approved commercial and business requirements. Maintain contract repositories, obligation trackers, renewal calendars, approval records, and other contract lifecycle documentation. Ensure that executed agreements, amendments, statements of work, and supporting documents are complete, accurate, accessible, and properly recorded. Use procurement, CLM, vendor management, and workflow automation tools to manage requests, approvals, sourcing activities, contract reviews, renewals, and reporting. Support the configuration, testing, implementation, and continuous improvement of procurement and legal technology solutions. Identify manual, repetitive, or inefficient processes and recommend opportunities for automation, standardization, and system integration. Design and document procurement and contracting workflows, including intake processes, approval matrices, escalation paths, handoffs, and controls. Develop and maintain procurement playbooks, contract review checklists, templates, standard operating procedures, and workflow guides. Drive process improvement initiatives that enhance procurement efficiency, contracting visibility, technology adoption, data accuracy, and reporting transparency. Monitor vendor and supplier performance against contractual obligations, service levels, budgets, and business objectives. Prepare procurement and financial reporting, including spend analyses, supplier dashboards, contract status reports, savings reports, renewal forecasts, and risk assessments. Support vendor risk management, including financial, operational, information security, data privacy, business continuity, and compliance assessments. Help ensure adherence to internal procurement policies, delegated authority requirements, contractual controls, and applicable frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, and GDPR.
