MARKETING & RELATIONSHIP OFFICER About Moneybees Moneybees Forex Corporation is a BSP-registered Money Service Business and Virtual Asset Service Provider, making digital assets accessible to Filipinos through a growing nationwide network of partner outlets. We combine regulated financial services with an on-the-ground retail presence — and we are looking for people who can make that network perform. The Role The Marketing & Relationship Officer owns the day-to-day health of our partner outlet relationships and drives conversion at the counter. You will be the bridge between Moneybees and our partner network — keeping partners engaged and compliant, rolling out marketing that actually moves walk-in volume, and feeding partner-level performance data back into how we manage the network. What You Will Do Manage day-to-day relationships with existing partners — resolving issues, gathering feedback, and ensuring compliance with BSP and AMLC requirements at the outlet level Support the partner performance-tiering system by supplying outlet-level data and acting as the relationship owner in tier conversations (upgrades, remediation, and offboarding) Localize and roll out marketing and co-branding materials to outlets — posters, counter standees, and staff scripts — to drive walk-in conversion Run outlet-level promotions and incentive campaigns tied to KYC completion and first-transaction targets Coordinate execution of the social media and content calendar, with outlet-specific and regional tie-ins What We Are Looking For Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field At least two (2) years of experience in partner or account management, trade/field marketing, or retail marketing — preferably within financial services, remittance, pawnshop, retail chain, or fintech Demonstrated experience executing field activations, merchandising rollouts, or branch/outlet-level campaigns Working knowledge of social media content execution and basic campaign performance tracking Comfortable working with data — able to read partner performance reports and work in Excel or Google Sheets Familiarity with BSP and AMLC regulations, KYC, and customer onboarding processes is a strong advantage Excellent relationship-building and communication skills in English and Filipino; able to engage both outlet frontliners and partner owners Willing to travel to partner outlets, including provincial locations, as required Pay: Php30,000.00 per month Work Location: Remote
