Construction Sales & CRM Coordinator Job Type: Full-Time Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time, with a 1-hour unpaid break (12:00 PM to 1:00 PM Pacific Time) Salary: $1,200 per month Job Overview We are looking for a highly organized and customer-focused Construction Sales & CRM Coordinator to support our residential construction business. This role is responsible for managing inbound and outbound sales inquiries, qualifying and nurturing leads, maintaining accurate CRM data, and ensuring prospective clients receive exceptional service throughout the sales process. In addition to supporting sales activities, the role provides administrative support for project coordination, including communicating with vendors, obtaining pricing, and assisting with material orders as needed. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator with strong sales experience, excellent organizational skills, and hands-on experience using Pipedrive or similar CRM platforms. Experience in the residential construction or home remodeling industry is preferred but not required. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound calls to qualify leads and generate new business opportunities. Build rapport with prospective clients and effectively communicate the company's services. Follow up with leads and maintain consistent communication throughout the sales process. Manage and maintain accurate customer records using Pipedrive or a similar CRM platform. Track sales activities, lead status, and customer interactions. Schedule sales calls and appointments, coordinating availability across multiple individual calendars to ensure a seamless scheduling experience for prospective clients and the internal team. Maintain organized records using Google Sheets and other productivity tools. Ensure all leads receive timely follow-up and exceptional customer service. Provide project coordination support by communicating with vendors, suppliers, and internal team members regarding pricing, material orders, and other project-related needs. Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth transition from sales to project execution. Perform other administrative and sales support tasks as needed. Required Skills & Qualifications: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with a neutral or minimal accent. Previous experience in sales, lead generation, or a customer-facing role. Experience handling both inbound and outbound sales calls. Experience using Pipedrive is preferred; candidates with experience using similar CRM platforms will also be considered. Experience managing CRM systems and sales pipelines. Strong ability to build rapport, persuade prospective clients, and close sales opportunities. Highly organized with excellent time management and multitasking skills. Proficient in Google Sheets and Google Workspace. Honest, reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently. Positive attitude with strong interpersonal and customer service skills. Experience in the residential construction or home remodeling industry is preferred but not required. Note: An NBI or police clearance will be required upon acceptance of the job offer.
