Key Responsibilities - Authority & Citation Support - Research authority-building and citation opportunities - Maintain authority platform trackers and databases - Support directory, review site, and profile optimisation initiatives - Track citation placements and authority growth opportunities - Assist with outreach and partnership activities - Monitor competitor authority signals and visibility trends - AI Visibility Support - Assist with AI visibility audits and assessments - Support prompt landscape and competitive research - Review website structure, content coverage, and discoverability gaps - Monitor AI search visibility across major AI platforms - Document findings, recommendations, and opportunities - Content Optimisation Support - Assist with content creation, optimisation, and updates - Support metadata, FAQ, entity, and schema implementation - Help structure content into Hub-Pillar-Spoke frameworks - Review content against AiDisco standards and workflows - Support publishing and content production activities - QA & Performance Support - Conduct quality assurance reviews on deliverables - Validate implementations and completed actions - Maintain project trackers, documentation, and workflow records - Support visibility, citation, and performance reporting - Escalate issues, blockers, and quality concerns proactively - Project & Team Support - Assist across multiple client engagements simultaneously - Follow documented workflows, SOPs, and quality standards - Maintain organised records and documentation - Participate in team meetings, planning sessions, and reviews - Contribute ideas that improve delivery quality and operational efficiency Required Qualifications - Excellent written and verbal English communication skills - Strong research and analytical abilities - Exceptional attention to detail - Strong organisational and time management skills - Comfortable using AI tools as part of daily work - Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities - Ability to work independently in a remote environment - Strong sense of ownership and accountability - Positive attitude and willingness to learn Preferred Qualifications - Experience using ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, or similar AI tools - Familiarity with SEO, content marketing, digital marketing, research, or analytics - Experience with Google Workspace, Notion, ClickUp, Airtable, or similar tools - Previous experience in operations, marketing, content, research, customer support, business development, or project coordination - Fresh graduates with strong communication skills, curiosity, and learning agility are encouraged to apply.
