Work Setup: Remote (with occasional field work for licensing requirements) Schedule Monday to Friday | Weekends Off Work Hours: Must be willing to work either 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST or 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PH Time Experience Required: Minimum of 4 years Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Human Resources Specialist with at least four (4) years of HR experience, and exposure to DMW (Department of Migrant Workers) licensing and compliance. This role is primarily remote but requires occasional fieldwork for licensing-related processes. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with DMW regulations while supporting recruitment and HR operations. Key Responsibilities DMW Licensing & Compliance Assist in the processing, monitoring, and maintenance of DMW licensing requirements. Prepare and organize all necessary documentation for DMW application, renewal, and compliance. Ensure adherence to DMW regulations, ethical recruitment practices, and worker protection standards. Support and coordinate during DMW audits, inspections, and licensing processes. Maintain accurate and updated records of all compliance-related documents. Perform occasional fieldwork for submission and processing of licensing requirements. Recruitment & HR Operations Handle end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding Ensure proper documentation of applicants and deployed workers aligned with DMW standards Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR files Assist in HR administrative tasks and reporting Employee Relations Assist in addressing employee concerns and HR-related inquiries Support implementation of HR policies and procedures Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Behavioral Science, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related field Minimum of 4 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or manpower placement Strong understanding of recruitment processes, interviewing, employee documentation, and compliance requirements Familiarity with DMW regulations, overseas recruitment processes, and labor laws is highly preferred Knowledge of ethical recruitment practices and worker protection standards Other Requirements Must be able to obtain and maintain required clearances (e.g., NBI Clearance and other DMW-related requirements) Willing to perform occasional fieldwork for licensing and compliance processes Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines Compensation & Benefits Government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) 13th Month Pay Paid Leaves Performance Bonus Salary Increase (based on performance) Benefits Work from home Work Location: Remote
