Customer Onboarding Specialist (Remote) Location: Remote (Philippines Preferred) Employment Type: Full-Time Salary ₱ 75,000 - ₱ 100,000 / monthly About Peerlogic Peerlogic is transforming how dental practices communicate with patients through AI-powered voice technology. Our platform helps practices recover missed revenue, improve patient experience, and automate front-office workflows through conversational AI, call intelligence, and intelligent communications. We’re looking for an organized, customer-focused Customer Onboarding Specialist who enjoys working directly with customers and ensuring every implementation is successful. About The Role As a Customer Onboarding Specialist, you will own the implementation process for new customers from contract signature through successful go-live. You’ll coordinate internal teams, configure customer accounts, manage project timelines, provide training, and ensure customers quickly realize value from Peerlogic. You’ll work closely with Customer Success, Support, Sales, Product, and Engineering to deliver an exceptional onboarding experience. Responsibilities Manage multiple customer implementations simultaneously. Serve as the primary point of contact during onboarding. Schedule kickoff meetings and establish implementation timelines. Configure customer accounts, phone systems, and platform settings. Coordinate number porting, VoIP setup, and integrations. Assist customers with PMS integrations and data validation. Conduct virtual training sessions for office managers and staff. Track project milestones and proactively remove implementation blockers. Document customer requirements and implementation notes. Work with Engineering to troubleshoot technical issues. Ensure every customer reaches a successful go-live. Transition customers smoothly to the Customer Success team. Continuously improve onboarding documentation, playbooks, and processes. Qualifications 2\+ years in Customer Success, Onboarding, Implementation, or Project Coordination within a SaaS company. Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills. Strong project management and organizational skills. Comfortable managing multiple implementations simultaneously. Highly customer-focused with excellent problem-solving abilities. Experience using CRM and project management tools. Comfortable learning technical products and software integrations. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting healthcare or dental software. Experience with VoIP or telecommunications. Experience with Google Workspace, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms. Experience working remotely with U.S.-based customers. What Success Looks Like Within your first 60 days, you’ll be expected to: Independently manage customer onboarding projects. Deliver successful customer go-lives on schedule. Maintain high customer satisfaction throughout implementation. Identify opportunities to improve onboarding efficiency. Help reduce time-to-value for every new customer.
