About The Role This is not a traditional video editing role. We’re looking for someone who understands that great ads are built to capture attention, create emotion, and drive action. You’ll primarily edit paid advertising creatives for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other digital platforms. Projects will range from simple talking-head ads to highly engaging mixed-media productions that incorporate AI-generated visuals, cinematic storytelling, motion graphics, B-roll, sound design, and emerging creative technologies. If you love experimenting with new tools, learning rapidly, and pushing creative boundaries, you’ll thrive in this role. Key Responsibilities Paid Media Editing ● Edit direct-response video ads for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other advertising platforms● Create engaging 2–4 minute video ads designed to maximize viewer retention and conversion● Transform raw footage into compelling marketing assets that align with campaign goals Creative Production ● Edit talking-head content, testimonials, VSLs, educational content, and promotional videos● Strategically source and integrate B-roll, stock footage, music, sound effects, captions, and motion graphics while staying on brand● Create cinematic sequences when appropriate to elevate storytelling and engagement● Incorporate AI-generated visuals and assets into video projects AI-Powered Content Creation ● Utilize AI tools to accelerate production and improve creative quality● Experiment with AI-generated scenes, animations, visual effects, and mixed-media storytelling● Continuously identify new AI tools and workflows that improve speed and output quality● Work with emerging generative AI tools and platforms as part of the creative process Team Collaboration ● Work closely with creative strategists, media buyers, and leadership to bring ad concepts to life● Implement revisions quickly and accurately● Organize project files and maintain efficient editing workflows● Meet deadlines consistently across multiple active campaigns What Success Looks Like ● High-quality ads delivered consistently and on time● Ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously● Strong understanding of direct-response advertising principles● Constant improvement in editing quality, speed, and creative execution● Proactive adoption of AI tools and emerging creative technologies● Bringing fresh ideas and innovative approaches to every project Required Skills \& Experience Must-Have Non-Negotiable- Experience with generative AI platforms such as Higgsfield and similar AI creative tools 2\+ years of professional video editing experience● Experience editing paid social media advertisements● Strong understanding of pacing, storytelling, hooks, and viewer retention● Experience working with talking-head videos, B-roll, motion graphics, and music● Excellent English comprehension● Ability to work full-time during Philippines business hours● Experience using generative AI tools for content creation, prompting, visual generation, or AI-assisted editing workflows Highly Preferred ● Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro● Familiarity with After Effects and the Adobe Creative Suite● Experience editing direct-response marketing content● Motion graphics and visual effects experience● Understanding of marketing funnels, offers, and customer psychology Who Will Thrive Here You are: ● Naturally curious about AI and emerging technology● Adaptable and excited by rapid change● A problem solver who figures things out instead of waiting for instructions● Creative, but also business-minded● Comfortable receiving feedback and iterating quickly● Passionate about producing work that performs, not just looks good This role is ideal for someone who wants to be at the forefront of AI-powered content creation while working on meaningful campaigns that reach large audiences.
