We are seeking a B2B Growth Marketing Specialist to execute structured outbound and paid acquisition campaigns that generate qualified international business leads. This role is performance driven and directly tied to revenue growth. Candidates who are based in Metro Manila or nearby provinces are prioritized for this role, as it involves occasional in-person events. We are looking for the following specific requirements 3–5 years of B2B digital marketing experience Experience in service-based or outsourcing industries preferred Proven experience running LinkedIn and Google Ads Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Asana, AirTable, Slack, Google Suite, Excel, etc.) Strong English communication skills Experience executing email outreach campaigns Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to): Lead Generation Execution Implement LinkedIn outbound campaigns targeting business owners, founders, and operations manager Build segmented email outreach campaigns Manage and optimize CRM lead tracking Identify and build targeted prospect lists (AU, US, EU priority markets) Support partnership outreach initiatives Funnel \& Landing Page Management Create and optimize landing pages Set up lead capture forms and automations Improve website messaging for clarity and positioning Monitor and improve conversion rates Paid Campaign Execution Run LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads campaigns Manage ad budgets efficiently Track cost per qualified lead Conduct A/B testing on messaging and creatives Content Support (B2B-Focused) Repurpose Founder insights into LinkedIn posts Assist in creating case studies and client success stories Draft email newsletters Develop simple lead magnets (checklists, guides, reports) Performance Tracking \& Reporting Track and report weekly performance metrics: o Leads generated o Cost per lead o Conversion rates o Campaign ROI Provide actionable improvement recommendations Align marketing metrics with revenue goals Pay: Php58,000\.00 - Php60,000\.00 per hour Benefits: Company Christmas gift Company events Health insurance Pay raise Work from home Application Question(s): Do you live within Metro Manila?
