Job Description

About Champ Code Academy Champ Code Academy is an online coding school for children aged 7 to 15. We run live small group classes across Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Philippines, Dubai, Sri Lanka, Australia, and New Zealand. Parents find us almost entirely through Facebook and Instagram advertising, which means our Meta creative is the front door to the business. Why this role exists We spend a five figure USD monthly budget on Meta across six active markets. The single biggest constraint on our growth is not budget and it is not targeting. It is how fast we can produce, test and refresh advertising creative that makes a parent stop scrolling and book a trial class. Right now creative is the bottleneck. This role removes it. This is a Meta only role. You will live inside Facebook and Instagram, and you will go deep rather than wide. You will not be a brand designer. You will not be making showreels. You will be shipping a high volume of Meta ad creative every week, watching how each piece performs, and using that feedback to make the next batch better. What You Will Do Produce advertising creative at volume Ship 12 to 20 net new creative assets per week across video, static and carousel formats Write and film short form video built for Meta placements, including hooks, demos, testimonials and problem or solution angles Cut and size every asset correctly for Reels, Stories and Feed rather than uploading one file and letting Meta crop it badly Edit and version creative for different markets, languages and parent segments Repurpose existing assets into new hooks, formats and aspect ratios rather than always starting from zero Own the creative testing cycle Propose weekly testing plans built around specific angles and hypotheses, not random variation Review performance data with the founder each week and decide what to kill, iterate and scale Maintain a living library of winning hooks, angles and formats so learnings compound Source and direct raw material Work with our tutors, students and parents to capture authentic footage, testimonials and classroom moments Brief and manage freelance editors, UGC creators and voiceover talent when we need to scale output Build and maintain a repeatable pipeline for raw assets so production never stalls waiting for footage Support the wider funnel Produce landing page visuals, thumbnails and lead magnet assets that match the ad creative Keep creative consistent with the Champ Code brand while staying loose enough to test aggressively What success looks like First 30 days Audited every ad currently running and identified the winning patterns and the dead weight Shipped your first full testing batch Built a raw asset library with usable footage from at least three markets First 90 days Sustained weekly output at target volume without quality collapse Delivered at least three new creative angles that beat the current control on cost per lead Established a repeatable production pipeline that does not depend on any single freelancer Ongoing metrics you own Creative volume shipped per week Hook rate and three second video play rate Cost per lead and cost per trial booked, by market Percentage of spend running on creative less than 60 days old Who you are Must have A portfolio of Meta ads that actually ran on Facebook or Instagram, with performance data attached. (We care far more about a rough video that generated leads than a polished brand film that nobody saw) Strong short form video editing skills for Reels and vertical formats. CapCut, Premiere, After Effects or equivalent Genuine understanding of what makes someone stop scrolling in the first two seconds Comfort working fast, shipping imperfect work and killing your own ideas when the data says so Written English strong enough to write ad copy that sounds like a real person, not a brochure Self directed. You will not be micromanaged and you will need to generate your own weekly plan Nice to have Experience marketing to parents, or in education, kids products or family services Experience across multiple Asian markets and comfort adapting creative for cultural differences On camera confidence, or an existing network of UGC creators Working familiarity with Meta Ads Manager. You will not be buying media or setting budgets, but you should be able to pull your own creative report, read hook rate and cost per lead, and follow a naming convention without being chased Understanding of how Advantage Plus and dynamic creative affect what you need to produce and how many variants a test actually needs Graphic design skills for static and carousel formats What we are not looking for Agency creatives who need three rounds of approval and a two week turnaround Videographers whose experience is weddings, corporate profiles or event coverage Anyone who measures their work by how it looks rather than what it did How we work Small team, no layers, no committee approvals. You bring the creative judgment, we bring the data and the media buying. Weekly creative review with the founder, otherwise you own your calendar and your pipeline. How To Apply Send us: 1. Three to five ads you personally made that ran on Facebook or Instagram, with the metrics. Screenshots from Meta Ads Manager are welcome and encouraged 2. One paragraph on why one of those ads worked and what you learned from one that failed 3. Your typical weekly output in a previous role Please do not send a generic showreel. We will not watch it. Job Details Location: Fully Remote Employment Type: Full-Time Contract: Independent Contractor Reports To: Founder Pay: Php23,800.00 - Php33,300.00 per month Benefits Work from home Application Question(s): Share a Google Drive link to 3–5 Meta ad creatives you've personally created.
