About The Role Fynlo is looking for a highly resourceful Growth Marketing Specialist who can help grow our brand and user base without relying on a large marketing budget. Responsibilities Develop and execute creative marketing campaigns. Create engaging social media content, graphics, and promotional materials. Write compelling captions, articles, and marketing copy. Identify opportunities to grow Fynlo's audience through organic marketing channels. Build partnerships and collaborate with communities, influencers, universities, and business organizations. Reach out to potential partners and negotiate collaborations that create value for both parties. Experiment with new growth strategies and continuously test what works. Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements based on data. Stay updated on digital marketing trends, AI tools, and emerging platforms. Take ownership of marketing initiatives from idea to execution with minimal supervision. Contribute ideas that help improve brand awareness, customer acquisition, and user engagement. Qualifications Experience in marketing, freelancing, content creation, or growth marketing is an advantage, but not required . A portfolio, social media projects, freelance work, or personal marketing projects is preferred. Experience creating social media content for Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, or X is a plus. Basic knowledge of Canva or similar design tools. Strong written English communication skills. Willing to continuously learn, experiment, and improve. Compensation & Incentives Competitive contract-based compensation including monthly basic pay and commission. Performance-based commission scheme for successfully acquiring new clients. Team members who directly generate qualified leads that convert into paying customers will receive commissions based on Fynlo's commission policy.
