Job Responsibilities: Manage marketing enquiries from franchisees and internal stakeholders via CRM, ensuring timely responses, issue resolution, and escalation where required. Maintain and organise marketing toolkits, brand assets, templates, campaign collateral, and brand guidelines to ensure consistent brand application. Support the setup, maintenance, and quality assurance of property microsites, including content updates, images, descriptions, and compliance with brand standards. Build, schedule, and distribute EDM campaigns through platforms such as Campaign Monitor and Mailchimp, ensuring accuracy, brand consistency, and audience engagement. Coordinate social media activity, including content scheduling, publishing, engagement monitoring, reporting, and stakeholder collaboration. Create and edit marketing assets, including videos, banners, promotional materials, and content for internal communications, property marketing, and brand campaigns. Compile marketing performance reports, conduct competitor and market research, and provide insights to support campaign effectiveness and decision-making. Support marketing events, conferences, and internal communications by managing registrations, RSVPs, attendee enquiries, event collateral, logistics, and administrative requirements. Track tasks and workflows using project management tools, maintain process documentation, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Assist with digital advertising coordination, internal newsletters, franchisee communications, microsite audits, and campaign calendar management. Why IntoGREAT?
