Executive Assistant (with Basic Bookkeeping) – Remote Full-time | 40 hrs/week | Remote | Immediate Start We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Executive Assistant to support day-to-day operations, with some basic bookkeeping responsibilities using Xero. This role is primarily administrative, with light bookkeeping required. Key Responsibilities Manage inbox and email communications (Gmail) Respond to non-clinical enquiries in a professional manner Liaise with patients and external providers Follow up on outstanding payments Prepare emails, summaries, and general correspondence Upload and manage documents within systems Provide general administrative and operational support Perform basic bookkeeping tasks (Xero data entry, invoicing, reconciliation) Systems & Tools Halaxy (EMR) – currently transitioning Xero – bookkeeping software Zoho or Revo (CRM) – to be implemented Gmail – primary communication tool Requirements Strong Executive Assistant / administrative experience Basic Xero and bookkeeping knowledge Excellent written and verbal English Highly organised with strong attention to detail Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks Comfortable learning new systems and workflows Additional Info Minimal phone work (occasional follow-ups only) Bookkeeping is a smaller part of the role Accountant handles tax and compliance Start ASAP – Immediate hire required Pay: Php250 .00 - Php400 .00 per hour Work Location: Remote
