Job Summary We are looking for a Product Designer with a passion for developing solutions which have a strong commercial impact and allow customers to intuitively use our products. You will be an integral part of our product development teams by designing end-to-end solutions, rapidly prototyping concepts, and establishing UI/UX guidelines that ensure a consistent, high-quality experience across the entire platform and every customer touchpoint. Leverage AI tools natively to rapidly generate concepts, explore alternatives, and iterate on ideas - while applying your judgment to separate signal from noise and identify what truly serves users. Think holistically across the entire produc t. Ensure every interaction reflects our brand promise of simple, intuitive software. Connect the dots between features, flows, and touchpoints to create coherent experiences, not isolated solutions. Ship to learn, don't wait for perfec t. Embrace a bias for testing and learning at speed. Get rough concepts in front of users early, gather real feedback, and iterate based on what you discover rather than what you assume. Uncover the "why" behind user behavio r. Form hypotheses about how and why users interact with our product the way they do. Ask probing questions that surface insights others miss, then use those insights to reshape flows and experiences. Balance system thinking with user need s. Maintain design system consistency and create reusable patterns - but always in service of solving real user problems, not just for the sake of tidiness. Partner strategically with product and engineerin g. Contribute to high-level product decisions, advocate for users in strategic conversations, and collaborate closely with engineers to ensure quality implementation. Make design accessible and compelling - help non-designers understand not just what we're building, but why it matters for users. Raise the design bar across the tea m. Provide thoughtful, constructive feedback that helps teammates grow. Share insights, patterns, and approaches that elevate everyone's work - not just enforce consistency for consistency's sake. Be a strategic partner, not an order-take r. Work shoulder-to-shoulder with product managers, engineers, customer success, and leadership to shape what we build. Bring user insights and design thinking to strategic decisions early, when they matter most. Build design capability across the compan y. Help product managers think like designers. Enable engineers to make good UX decisions independently. Create a culture where everyone feels ownership over the user experience. Champion the user in every conversatio n. Be the voice that asks "but what does the user actually need here?" in planning sessions, roadmap discussions, and feature debates. Ground decisions in real user behavior and insights, not assumptions. Measure what matter s. Define how we know our design improvements are working. Track meaningful metrics, gather qualitative feedback, and use data to guide iteration—then share those learnings broadly. Qualifications 4\+ years designing end-to-end B2B product experie nces that users actually love. You've worked cross-functionally to ship meaningful features and know how to navigate the messy reality of product development. AI-native design pract ice. You've integrated AI tools into your workflow - whether for ideation, prototyping, content generation, or exploration. Your portfolio should show evidence of how AI has accelerated your design process and expanded what you can deliver. (We want to see this, not just hear about it.) Strategic communication ski lls. You can articulate design decisions to senior stakeholders in ways that inspire confidence and drive action. You know when to show polished work and when a sketch on a napkin is more effective. Enough technical fluency to partner effectively with engine ers. You understand HTML, CSS, and JS well enough to have intelligent conversations about feasibility, constraints, and opportunities. You don't need to code, but you speak the language. Design systems experience, but not dogmatic about it. You've worked with design systems in production environments (Figma, Sketch, Adobe, Miro, etc.) and understand how to balance consistency with innovation. A portfolio that proves you can do this w ork. Show us exceptional SaaS or mobile app design. We want to see your thinking process, the problems you solved, the impact you created - and how AI has become part of your toolkit. Key Metrics for Success: In the first 90 days, we'll know you're succeeding if: You've shipped at least one tested improvement that users notice. You've identified the top 3 UX friction points and have hypotheses for fixing them. Product and engineering teams are coming to you with problems, not solutions.
