About The Role We are seeking a skilled Security Engineer to play a pivotal role in protecting our agency and clients against evolving threats. You will design, implement, and optimize security tools, systems, and automation while integrating security into solutions from the outset. Collaborating with DevOps, TechOps, Technology, and Platform teams, you’ll enhance the scalability and efficiency of Autonomic Security Operations , ensuring compliance with HITRUST and industry-recognized security standards. Key Responsibilities include managing and optimizing the security platform stack, focusing on tools like Google SecOps, Google Threat Intelligence, BindPlane, and DataDog . You’ll monitor, configure, and evolve SIEM, XDR, threat intelligence, and observability platforms to strengthen defenses. Reporting to the Information Security Director, you’ll ensure seamless integration of new applications and acquisitions while advancing security practices across the organization. Key Responsibilities Security Engineering : Design and implement secure systems, tools, and automation solutions. Governance and Compliance : Support and enforce policies aligned with security frameworks and compliance standards. Platform Management : Administer and optimize core platforms (Google SecOps, Threat Intelligence, BindPlane, DataDog). Threat Detection : Develop detection rules, monitor incidents, and collaborate on response. Automation : Automate workflows and integrate security platforms with technology systems. Best Practices : Enforce security standards across systems and cloud environments. Reporting : Generate reports, maintain documentation, and provide training. Qualifications 3–5+ years in Security Engineering, Security Operations , or related hands-on roles. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field (or equivalent experience). Experience integrating new applications and acquisitions into IT infrastructures. Familiarity with compliance frameworks (HITRUST, SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR). Strong understanding of cloud security principles (GCP, Azure, AWS). Proficiency in SIEM, SOAR, EDR/XDR, NDR, firewalls, IDS/IPS, and cloud security platforms. Hands-on experience with Google SecOps, Google Threat Intelligence, BindPlane, DataDog . Scripting/automation skills (Python, PowerShell, Bash). Knowledge of modern cloud architectures (microservices, containers, serverless). Incident response and forensic investigation expertise. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Relevant certifications (ISC2, SANS, GIAC, Google Cloud). Preferred Qualifications Industry certifications (CISSP, CSSLP, CompTIA Security+, Google Cloud Security Engineer). Experience in marketing, advertising, or technology agency environments. Familiarity with additional security tools (EDRs, vulnerability scanners, CASBs). Exposure to DevOps/DevSecOps practices . Pay: Php55,000.00 - Php100,000.00 per month Work Location: Remote
