Job Summary The Project Support Coordinator provides administrative, coordination, and documentation support to project teams to ensure the smooth execution of projects across the organization. This role focuses on maintaining project records, tracking action items, coordinating meetings, monitoring project schedules, and supporting communication among team members. The Project Support Coordinator works closely with Project Managers, Team Leads, and cross-functional stakeholders to help keep projects organized, up-to-date, and aligned with operational objectives. This position is designed for individuals who demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn project management processes within a collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities Project Coordination Support Assist in the coordination of project activities and deliverables. Monitor assigned project tasks and follow up with team members regarding updates. Support project teams in maintaining project schedules and trackers. Escalate project concerns, risks, or blockers to the Project Manager as needed. Documentation and Reporting Prepare and maintain project documentation, trackers, and status reports. Record meeting minutes and distribute action items to relevant stakeholders. Organize project files, records, and supporting documentation. Ensure project information is accurate, complete, and readily accessible. Administrative Support Coordinate project meetings, schedules, and calendar invitations. Track project milestones and deliverable deadlines. Assist in compiling reports and project-related data. Support project onboarding and administrative requirements as needed. Communication and Collaboration Facilitate communication between project team members and departments. Ensure project updates and action items are communicated in a timely manner. Follow up on pending tasks and outstanding deliverables. Maintain professional and effective communication with internal stakeholders. Process Improvement Assist in identifying opportunities to improve project workflows and documentation processes. Support the implementation of project management best practices. Contribute to the continuous improvement of team coordination and operational efficiency. Qualifications Education Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, Information Technology, Psychology, or a related field preferred. Equivalent work experience may be considered. Experience 0-2 years of experience in project coordination, administrative support, operations, or a related role. Experience working in a remote or hybrid environment is an advantage. Experience in creative, digital, software, or game development environments is a plus.
