Full-Time \| 40 hours per week \| 8hrs a day \| US time zones Role Overview We’re looking for a hands-on ClickFunnels \& Landing Page Implementation Developer to support our marketing and growth team by building, maintaining, and optimizing landing pages and funnels across our digital ecosystem. This is an execution-focused role . You will take approved designs, Figma files, brand assets, references, or Loom walkthroughs and translate them into polished, responsive, high-quality ClickFunnels builds. This is not a strategy, copywriting, CRM, or email marketing role. We need someone who thrives in implementation, front-end execution, and quality assurance. What You’ll Own Funnel \& Landing Page Builds ● Build, maintain, and optimize landing pages and funnels using ClickFunnels Classic and ClickFunnels 2\.0 ● Accurately implement provided designs, Figma files, and brand assets● Recreate layouts with strong attention to spacing, alignment, typography, CTA placement, and responsiveness● Apply CSS customizations to improve styling and functionality● Handle responsive behavior across desktop, tablet, and mobile QA \& Optimization ● Own pre-launch quality assurance for every page● Test links, forms, redirects, tracking, and page speed● Identify and fix layout, styling, or responsiveness issues before launch● Maintain and follow a structured pre-launch checklist Ongoing Updates \& Collaboration ● Support campaign updates, edits, and revisions quickly and accurately● Troubleshoot front-end issues independently● Work directly with the Head of Front-End, design team, and marketing team via Slack● Manage multiple build requests while maintaining speed and quality Required Experience ● Hands-on experience with ClickFunnels Classic and/or ClickFunnels 2\.0 ● Experience with other page builders such as GoHighLevel, Elementor, WordPress, Leadpages, Webflow, Kajabi, or Unbounce ● Strong ability to translate Figma files or design references into live pages● Working knowledge of CSS for styling adjustments● Strong understanding of responsive web design● Experience optimizing landing pages for mobile-first performance● Experience using page speed tools like Google Lighthouse or PageSpeed Insights● Strong communication skills in a remote environment● Portfolio of live landing pages or funnels Nice to Have ● Basic JavaScript knowledge● Understanding of direct-response marketing and conversion-focused funnels● Familiarity with Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and Google Analytics● Experience in coaching, education, webinars, courses, or info-product funnels● Experience working in fast-paced marketing or performance teams Non-Negotiables ● Strong ClickFunnels experience● Ability to build from provided designs, not just templates● Strong front-end eye for detail and polish● Strong QA habits and ownership● Availability for real-time Slack communication during U.S. business hours● Portfolio required What Success Looks Like ● Funnels and landing pages are launched polished, responsive, and error-free● Design files are translated accurately into live builds● Mobile responsiveness and front-end quality are consistently high● Revisions are handled quickly without sacrificing quality● The marketing team can rely on you as a fast, detail-driven implementation partner Job Offer: ₱60,000/month during the probationary period ₱65,000/month after successfully completing 6 months, plus benefits and bonuses ₱75,000/month after completing 24 total months with the company \+ positive feedback and scorecard Benefits Private Life and Accident Insurance \+ Telemedicine Reimburse up to P400/month of your PhilHealth voluntary contribution 2x a year mental health counseling session with a board-certified counselor or therapist 1x a year financial health planning with a certified financial planner Monthly upskilling and personal development seminars Legal and paperwork assistance for visas, loans, etc. Birthday gift Christmas gift Bereavement Assistance Other company-wide events and contractors engagement activities Work from home set-up 10 Paid Time Offs Paid US Holidays Please note that for this application, all hired applicants are required to submit a Police Clearance or NBI Clearance as part of our onboarding requirements.
