Job Summary The Digital Marketer is responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and enhance customer engagement for LEACOV Singapore Pte Ltd. The role focuses on promoting the company's training, consultancy, education, and related professional services within the Singapore market through various digital channels. 1\. Social Media Management Develop, create, and schedule engaging content across digital platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. Manage and grow social media communities by responding to inquiries, comments, and messages in a timely and professional manner. Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across social media platforms to achieve marketing objectives. Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities to increase audience engagement and brand visibility. 2\. SEO \& Content Marketing Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve website visibility and search engine rankings. Create and manage high-quality content including blog articles, infographics, case studies, newsletters, training-related content, and video scripts. Optimize website content, landing pages, and blogs for search engine performance. Monitor and analyze organic traffic, keyword rankings, and SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush. 3\. Email Marketing \& Lead Generation Design, execute, and manage email marketing campaigns using platforms such as Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar tools. Develop lead-generation initiatives including e-books, webinars, guides, landing pages, and downloadable resources. Build, maintain, and segment marketing databases to improve campaign effectiveness and lead nurturing. Support the generation of enquiries and registrations for training programmes, workshops, and consultancy services. 4\. Performance Tracking \& Analytics Track, analyze, and report on key digital marketing metrics including website traffic, lead generation, conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and return on investment (ROI). Prepare monthly marketing performance reports and provide actionable recommendations. Conduct A/B testing on advertisements, landing pages, email campaigns, and content strategies to improve performance. Monitor marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective utilization of resources. 5\. Market Research \& Competitor Analysis Conduct research on market trends, customer behavior, and industry developments within Singapore. Monitor competitors' digital marketing activities and identify opportunities for differentiation. Recommend and implement new digital marketing initiatives based on industry trends and emerging technologies. Support management in developing data-driven marketing strategies and campaigns. Requirements Education \& Experience Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, social media marketing, or content marketing. Experience managing paid advertising campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn, Google Ads, or similar platforms will be an advantage. Skills \& Competencies Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, and email marketing. Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush, Mailchimp, Canva, and Meta Business Suite. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Creative mindset with attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
