One of our clients is hiring a confident, dependable cold caller to speak with property owners and identify potential off-market real estate opportunities. This is not a closing position. Your job is to start conversations, gather accurate information, determine basic motivation, and schedule qualified follow-up calls for our acquisitions team. What you’ll do: Make outbound calls to property owners Follow a provided script while keeping conversations natural Ask qualifying questions and document accurate notes Identify motivated sellers and schedule follow-up appointments Update leads consistently in our CRM Meet daily activity and lead-quality expectations Participate in coaching, roleplay, and call reviews You may be a strong fit if you: Speak fluent, professional English Sound confident, warm, and natural on the phone Are comfortable handling rejection and objections Are coachable, dependable, and consistent Have previous cold-calling, appointment-setting, sales, or real estate experience Can work during required U.S. Central Time hours Technology requirements: Reliable computer USB headset with clear audio Stable high-speed internet Quiet, professional workspace Backup plan for internet or electricity interruptions Compensation $5 per hour USD Performance bonuses based on qualified opportunities and results Opportunity for increased responsibility based on performance Schedule Remote 40 hours per week Working hours: Central Time To apply, please submit your résumé and a short voice recording introducing yourself and describing your cold-calling or sales experience.
