Responsibilities • Architect Immersive Frontends: Build high-performance, SEO-friendly web applications using Next.js and React. • Motion Design & Interaction: Implement complex, scroll-triggered, and state-based animations using GSAP (GreenSock) that remain fluid across all devices. • Headless CMS Management: Design and maintain content types, components, and API endpoints within Strapi. • Performance Optimization: Ensure high Core Web Vitals scores, specifically managing the performance overhead of heavy animation libraries. • Full Stack Integration: Bridge the gap between UI/UX designs and backend logic, ensuring a cohesive end-to-end user journey. Qualifications • 4+ years of professional experience with React and Next.js, ideally including the App Router. • Mastery of GSAP (ScrollTrigger, Flip) and optimizing browser rendering to prevent layout thrashing. • Proficient in managing Strapi or similar platforms and designing RESTful or GraphQL APIs. • High proficiency in TypeScript, state management (Zustand/Redux), and Tailwind CSS. • Experience with Three.js, React Three Fiber, and Shaders (GLSL) (Nice to have) • Familiarity with cloud environments (GCP/Azure/Docker) or Drupal (Nice to have) Additional Information: • M to F, 8am to 5pm
