Job Description Part-time STR Bookkeeper at LussoStay Work Setup: Remote Role Overview Join the team at LussoStay , a premier provider in the vacation rental industry offering unique and well-managed stays in highly desirable locations. The Part-time Bookkeeper will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, reconciling transactions, and supporting the company’s financial organization during a focused clean-up and reconciliation project. This role plays a key part in strengthening our financial accuracy and ensuring smooth operational reporting across multiple short-term rental properties. Key Responsibilities Review and reconcile bank and credit card statements Organize and accurately categorize financial transactions Record property-related income and expenses Reconcile OTA payouts (Airbnb, VRBO, direct bookings, etc.) Ensure proper allocation of expenses per property Assist in cleaning up and organizing historical bookkeeping records Identify discrepancies and flag issues for review Support preparation of financial reports as needed Qualifications Proven bookkeeping experience (3+ years preferred) Experience with short-term rental accounting is a strong advantage Familiarity with accounting software (QuickBooks, similar) Familiarity with Guesty, Stripe, or similar STR platforms Strong knowledge of reconciliations and financial organization High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Strong organizational and time-management skills Position Details Rate: $7 per hour Expected hours: 25 hours per week Pay: Php45,000.00 per month Benefits Work from home Experience: STR Bookkeeping : 2 years (Required) Guesty: 1 year (Required) Work Location: Remote
