Position Title: Revit Drafter (AU Construction) Schedule Monday – Friday, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm QLD, AU Time or 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM PH Time Holiday to follow: QLD, AU Holidays Workdays: Mon - Fri Work Set-up: Work From Home or office. Work Details: Full-time Role Overview Our QLD based client is seeking an Architectural Drafter with strong Revit skills to join their design-led architectural studio. The role focuses on producing high-quality Revit models and architectural documentation for Australian high-end multi-residential projects, working closely with Australian Project Architects and Registered Architects from Concept Design through to Issued for Construction. Key Responsibilities Revit Modelling & Documentation · Produce high-quality architectural and interior documentation using Autodesk Revit · Develop and maintain accurate Revit models throughout various project stages · Prepare: o Floor plans o Elevations o Sections o Detailed drawings o Schedules o Legends · Assist with project documentation from Concept Design through to Issued for Construction · Create and modify parametric Revit families as required BIM & Consultant Coordination · Apply strong BIM workflows and model coordination practices · Read, interpret, and coordinate consultant documentation, including: o Structural o Mechanical o Electrical o Hydraulic o Civil o Fire Services · Identify potential coordination issues and proactively propose solutions · Escalate unresolved technical issues to the Australian Project Architect Project Collaboration · Work closely with Australian Project Architects and Registered Architects · Take ownership of assigned tasks and deliver work to a high standard · Communicate clearly and professionally with the Australian project team · Respond promptly to documentation changes and project requirements · Manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively · Contribute to a collaborative and high-performing team environment Key Skills & Qualifications Required · 2–3 years of professional experience in architectural drafting or documentation · Experience working on Australian architectural projects · Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit · Strong experience producing architectural and interior documentation · Experience creating and modifying parametric Revit families · Strong understanding of BIM workflows and model coordination · Ability to interpret and coordinate consultant documentation · Working knowledge of the National Construction Code (NCC) · Degree or qualification in Architecture, Architectural Technology, Architectural Drafting, or an equivalent qualification recognised in the Philippines · Strong modelling and documentation skills · Excellent attention to detail · Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines · Strong written and spoken English communication skills Nice to Have · Experience using AutoCAD · Experience with Bluebeam Revu · Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud, BIM 360, or Forma · Experience documenting: o Multi-residential projects o Commercial projects o Industrial projects o Mixed-use developments · Knowledge of Australian Standards and local authority requirements, particularly for Brisbane and the Gold Coast Personal Attributes The successful candidate will: · Take ownership of assigned tasks · Be proactive in identifying coordination issues and potential problems · Demonstrate excellent attention to detail · Communicate clearly and professionally · Be open to feedback and continuous improvement · Work independently while remaining closely connected with the Australian team · Take pride in producing high-quality work · Contribute positively to the culture and success of the team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Performance in this role will be measured against: · Documentation completed accurately and efficiently · Documentation positively contributing to project delivery and timelines · Minimal drawing errors and reduced rework · Timely responses to documentation changes · Clear and timely communication with the Australian project team · Effective coordination of Revit models and consultant information Perks & Benefits: · Company-provided desktop/laptop with back-up internet. · HMO from day one. · 15 Vacation + 5 Sick Leaves. · Annual performance reviews. · Employee loan facilities. · Fun company events with prizes and recognition.
