Job Description

Key Responsibilities • · Process weekly, fortnightly, and monthly payrolls for multiple clients across various industries • · Ensure compliance with Australian payroll regulations, including awards, PAYG withholding, superannuation, Single Touch Payroll (STP), and payroll tax requirements • · Interpret modern awards and employment agreements to ensure accurate payroll processing • · Manage employee onboarding and offboarding, including final pay computations and entitlements • · Prepare and distribute payslips, payroll reports, and ABA payment files • · Reconcile payroll-related accounts and assist with month-end reporting • · Handle payroll queries from clients and employees in a timely and professional manner • · Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records and documentation • · Support the bookkeeping and accounting teams with payroll-related tasks as required Qualifications • and Requirements: • · Minimum of 2 years’ payroll experience, preferably within an accounting firm or handling multiple entities/clients • · Strong knowledge of Australian payroll legislation and compliance requirements • · Hands-on experience with payroll systems such as Xero Payroll, MYOB, and QuickBooks • Proficient in MYOB for Payroll processing • · Familiarity with Fair Work regulations and ATO requirements is an advantage. • · Proven experience interpreting awards and employment entitlements • · High level of accuracy and attention to detail • · Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines • · Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • · Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities • Work Location: Remote in Ortigas
