Job Description

Responsibilities Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes Handle a shared admin email inbox with high-volume client correspondence Take incoming client phone calls and accurately gather job details and requirements Create quotes and schedule appointments for field service teams Perform general bookkeeping and accounting support tasks Maintain day-to-day administrative operations and records Coordinate with clients regarding government heat pump program enquiries Support emergency services call centre operations as required Assist directors with ad hoc administrative and operational tasks Ensure all records are accurately updated across systems (jobs, invoices, schedules) Requirements Proven experience using SimPro (highly preferred) Strong proficiency in Xero Confident using Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Drive, Docs, Sheets) Background in bookkeeping, accounts, or administrative coordination Strong phone manner and ability to handle inbound client calls professionally Independent Contractor Perks Health insurance in eligible locations Permanent work from home Immediate hiring Please click the "Apply" button to complete your application, including the assessment questions, technical check, and voice recording.
