Metro Pacific Health Tech Corporation (mWell) is looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Product Team. As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead product initiatives from ideation to delivery, working closely with cross-functional teams to build solutions that improve the future of digital healthcare. What You'll Do: ✔ Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs. ✔ Translate product strategy into user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria. ✔ Drive product prioritization, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies. ✔ Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements. ✔ Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Operations, Data, Legal, and business stakeholders to deliver high-impact solutions. ✔ Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate delivered features. ✔ Use analytics, user insights, and feedback to continuously improve product performance. ✔ Prepare executive presentations, project updates, dashboards, and strategic recommendations. ✔ Stay ahead of industry trends, particularly in digital health and emerging technologies. What We're Looking For: ✅ Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. ✅ At least 5 years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, Business Analyst, or a similar role in software or mobile application development. ✅ Strong experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. ✅ Proven ability to write user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria. ✅ Experience with mobile and web applications. ✅ Excellent stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and presentation skills. ✅ Ability to manage multiple initiatives while driving innovation in a dynamic environment. • Experience with API integrations and system workflows. • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Business Analysis certification. • Exposure to health-tech or AI-driven digital products.
