About The Role We are looking for a highly organized and execution-focused Senior Project Manager to join our engineering and product team. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple fast-moving projects in a remote, high-autonomy environment. You will oversee project delivery, coordinate cross-functional teams, support QA/testing efforts, and assist in managing support workflows to ensure operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery of assigned projects, ensuring successful execution and completion Build and maintain detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation Manage multiple concurrent projects aligned with business and product goals Facilitate weekly project meetings and ensure clear communication across all stakeholders Provide guidance, feedback, and support to project and cross-functional teams Identify and resolve risks, blockers, dependencies, and issues throughout project lifecycles Prepare and deliver regular status reports including milestones, risks, and deliverables Manage changes in scope and ensure proper documentation and approvals Define Statements of Work (SOW) and project specifications Monitor and track project outcomes to ensure alignment with strategic objectives Support QA and testing activities , including coordination of test execution, validation of results, and tracking of defects/issues Assist with Support email handling , including triaging incoming requests, prioritizing issues, and coordinating resolution or escalation Drive continuous improvement in workflows, processes, and delivery efficiency Requirements \& Qualifications 2\+ years of strong project management experience 2\+ years working with business stakeholders in cross-functional environments Certified Scrum Master or strong experience facilitating Scrum teams Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, SDLC, and Waterfall methodologies Experience working in fast-paced, remote, or matrixed organizations Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt quickly to change Experience with QA/testing processes and operational support workflows is a plus Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience Fluent English (written and verbal) required Key Skills Project Management \| Agile \| Scrum \| Stakeholder Management \| QA Testing \| Issue Tracking \| Process Improvement \| SDLC \| Communication \| Problem Solving Benefits Competitive salary Remote work setup Performance-based reviews Company events About OPUS MATCH OPUS MATCH is building a next-generation on-demand staffing platform to help companies manage and scale their workforce efficiently.
