We are now hiring a high-performing Recruitment Consultant / Delivery Headhunter to support our lead recruiters with US technical and executive searches . The Role This is a delivery‑focused, technical sourcing & headhunting role where you will: 🔍 Sourcing & Headhunting Identify highly niche technical candidates in semiconductors, power electronics, hardware, manufacturing, and engineering Build advanced Boolean strings and custom search strategies Use LinkedIn Recruiter, AI tools, competitor maps, forums and deep research Approach, engage and qualify passive candidates Conduct outbound sourcing campaigns 📞 Candidate Engagement Book screening calls for lead recruiters Conduct initial qualification checks (experience, seniority, interest) Maintain high‑quality communication in excellent English Must‑Have Experience ⚙️ Technical recruitment experience In semiconductors, electronics, engineering, hardware, IT, manufacturing, or related technical fields. 🇺🇸 US recruitment experience You’ve recruited US‑based roles and can communicate professionally with American candidates. 🔍 Advanced sourcing skills Boolean, X‑ray searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, deep research ability. 🗣️ Excellent English Strong written and spoken communication - professional, clear, confident. 📚 Fast learner with strong attention to detail Able to follow instructions, improve, and deliver high‑quality output consistently.
