About The Role We are looking for an experienced Email Marketing Executive to manage and optimize the email marketing flow estate across multiple ecommerce brands while supporting the execution of the campaign calendar. This role is ideal for a highly organized and detail-oriented marketer with strong Klaviyo expertise who can confidently build, maintain, and optimize complex customer journeys with minimal supervision. Reporting directly to the CRM Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring email and SMS campaigns are delivered accurately and on time, while continuously improving customer retention through data-driven optimization and testing. What you’ll do Email Flow Management Own and manage the email flow estate across multiple brands. Build, maintain, audit, and optimize automated customer lifecycle journeys. Manage complex flow logic, including subscription-based workflows, customer segmentation, and behavioral triggers. Review existing flows, identify gaps, and recommend improvements or retire outdated journeys. Maintain accurate documentation and tracking of all automated flows. Campaign Execution Build, schedule, and quality-assure email and SMS campaigns. Ensure all communications are accurate, on-brand, and delivered on schedule. Collaborate with stakeholders to brief and review creative assets. Conduct thorough QA checks prior to campaign deployment. Retention \& Lifecycle Optimization Optimize key customer journeys including: + Welcome and onboarding flows + Post-purchase experiences + First-to-second-order conversion journeys + Subscription onboarding and retention programs + Early-stage win-back campaigns Develop and execute A/B tests to improve engagement, conversion, and customer lifetime value. Implement winning strategies across the customer lifecycle ecosystem. Performance Analysis \& Reporting Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics including revenue, engagement, and conversion. Generate insights and recommendations to improve retention and lifecycle marketing effectiveness. Support data-driven decision-making through regular reporting and analysis. What You Bring 2–3 years of experience in Email Marketing, CRM Marketing, or Lifecycle Marketing. Strong hands-on experience with Klaviyo, including building and managing complex automated flows. Experience executing email campaign calendars in a fast-paced environment. Ability to interpret performance metrics and translate insights into actionable recommendations. Excellent written English communication skills. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance. Background in ecommerce, DTC, CRM, or digital marketing. Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively. Comfortable leveraging AI tools to improve productivity and workflow efficiency. Nice to Have Experience with subscription-based businesses and platforms such as Skio. Experience with SMS and WhatsApp marketing channels. Familiarity with Figma for creative review and collaboration. Working knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4\), Triple Whale, or similar analytics platforms. Experience developing workflows, automations, or processes using AI tools. Previous experience supporting DTC ecommerce brands.
