We're looking for a Mechanical / Industrial Engineer to join an innovative team developing next-generation tire technologies for aerospace and commercial applications. In this role, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product performance, optimize manufacturing processes, and support the development of groundbreaking engineering solutions. What You'll Do As a Mechanical / Industrial Engineer, you will: Support the design, development, and testing of advanced tire technologies and mechanical systems. Prepare and review engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation. Conduct engineering analyses and performance evaluations for new and existing products. Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and testing teams to improve product reliability and performance. Assist in prototype development, validation testing, and continuous improvement initiatives. Analyze manufacturing workflows and identify opportunities to increase efficiency and productivity. Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process documentation. Support production planning, capacity analysis, and resource optimization. Monitor manufacturing performance metrics and recommend process improvements. Participate in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement projects. Support quality assurance activities, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and FMEA. Analyze engineering and production data to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations. Prepare technical reports, presentations, and project updates. What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field. At least 3 years of engineering experience in manufacturing, product development, aerospace, automotive, or industrial environments. Strong knowledge of engineering principles, manufacturing processes, and quality systems. Experience using CAD software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, CATIA, Creo, or similar platforms. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. Strong written and verbal English communication skills. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience in tire manufacturing. Background supporting aerospace, automotive, advanced materials, or transportation products. Familiarity with rubber, elastomer, metal alloy, or composite manufacturing processes. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or Continuous Improvement methodologies. Experience with product testing, validation, reliability engineering, supply chain, procurement, or production planning.
