We're looking for one person to run the whole operation. Not to help run it. To run it. WHAT YOU OWN Hiring. You write the job posts, you screen, you run the trials, you make the call. We hire editors, designers, copywriters and support staff constantly. That whole function becomes yours. The team. Around eighteen video editors and designers, plus customer support. You know what everyone is working on, what's late, and why, without having to ask them every day. Customer support. We have an agent who'll train you on the system, then you own it. Consistent answers, nothing sitting unanswered. The numbers. You'll have access to our Meta ads account, Shopify, and the support dashboard. You notice when something looks wrong before anybody tells you. The details. Suppliers, certificates, shipments, labels, pricing. If two things don't match, you find out why and you fix it. WHO THIS IS FOR You follow up without being asked. That's the job. If you need reminding to chase something, this isn't it. You've managed a remote team. Actually managed. Not coordinated. You've hired people. You know how to write a job post that gets the right applicants and how to run a trial that tells you something. You notice when a number looks wrong. You don't need to be an analyst. You'll tell us when we're wrong. WHAT YOU GET ₱115,000 to ₱170,000 per month depending on experience. Paid in USD. Reviewed at 90 days. Strong performers move to the top of that range or past it. Performance bonuses on top of base, tied to what you actually move. Every tool paid for. Meta, Shopify, the AI tools, whatever you need. Work your own hours as long as you overlap with Bangkok for part of the day. We're one hour behind Manila, so this is easy. Full time. Long term. We're not looking for a project hire. Reports directly to the founder. Nobody between you and the decisions. Most of it is already documented and you'll be trained on the rest. WHAT THIS ISN'T Not a BPO role. Not a shift. Not a team lead position inside a bigger structure. Not a VA role. This is management. Not for someone who needs a task list every morning. You'll get outcomes, not instructions. What was it, how big was the team, what did you own. 2. Tell us about one time you noticed something was wrong before anybody told you. What was it and what did you do. 3. Take one process you currently own and walk us through it. The steps, what goes in, what comes out, and what you do when it goes wrong. 4. How would you keep track of eighteen editors without asking each of them for an update every day? Five minutes. No slides. Just talk. Applications without a Loom will not be read.
