USWC Media, LLC — a globally streaming TV network — is hiring a part-time Lead Generation & Onboarding Specialist. The role. You find content creators and producers, reach out to them, follow up until you get an answer, and walk the ones who say yes through onboarding onto our network. This is a volume role. Success is measured in contacts made, follow-ups sent, and creators onboarded. Responsibilities Research and build lists of cannabis-related YouTube channels and independent content creators Send outbound outreach emails introducing USWC and the content partnership opportunity Run multi-step follow-up sequences in our CRM (GoHighLevel) — first contact is not the job, the fourth one is Log every contact, reply, and status change in the CRM same day Guide interested creators through the onboarding steps and hand off completed files Submit a short written weekly summary of contacts, replies, and signups Requirements Strong spoken and written English — your emails represent the network Comfortable with repetitive outreach at volume without losing quality Basic CRM experience (GoHighLevel ) Reliable internet and a quiet place to work Start time is 9:00 a.m. Pacific Time Friendly attitude required What we measure Number of new creator contacts per week Follow-up sequence completion rate Creators onboarded per month, expectation is 2 per week It is a fun and busy job introducing Content Creators to our monetized partnership.
