Salary: P200 - P300 per hour Schedule 9:00 PM - 1:00 AM PHT (4 hours a day; 20 hours a week; Open for flexibility hours) What are we looking for? We are seeking an experienced Insurance Sales & Appointment Setter to join our team. This role is responsible for making high-volume outbound calls to prospective clients, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments for our licensed insurance agents. The ideal candidate has a proven background selling insurance products over the phone, is comfortable handling objections, and knows how to move conversations forward naturally. This is more than an appointment-setting role. We are looking for someone with strong conversational sales skills who can build rapport, identify opportunities, and generate qualified appointments. Skills Required Minimum of 2+ years of outbound sales experience selling insurance products Proven conversational sales skills, not just appointment setting or script reading Confident, professional, and personable phone presence Comfortable making 75-150 outbound calls per day Strong active listening, rapport-building, and objection handling skills Highly organized with excellent attention to detail Experience using CRM platforms such as Ringy, GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar Proficient with Calendly, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and other web-based business tools Ability to accurately document conversations and maintain detailed CRM records Strong time management skills with the ability to work independently in a remote environment Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, professional home office Ability to multitask while speaking with prospects and updating CRM records in real time Coachable and willing to follow scripts, sales processes, and compliance guidelines Consistently punctual, dependable, and accountable for achieving daily and weekly KPIs Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and resilience when handling objections and rejection Ability to maintain confidentiality and represent the agency professionally at all times Preferred Qualifications Previous experience using Ringy CRM Experience selling Medicare, Life, Health, ACA, or Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance products Experience with SMS and email follow-up campaigns Familiarity with dialer systems and call tracking software Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding outbound sales and appointment-setting goals Experience working in a high-volume outbound call environment Experience working remotely for a U.S.-based insurance agency or brokerage What will you do? Make outbound calls to prospective clients using provided lead lists Follow up with previous leads and existing clients Schedule appointments for the insurance agent Confirm appointments and send reminders Update and maintain CRM records (Ringy or similar) Send follow-up emails and text messages Qualify prospects by asking basic screening questions set in Calendly Record detailed call notes after each conversation Maintain daily call and appointment metrics Assist with lead management and organization Support marketing efforts through email and text campaigns Handle basic administrative tasks as assigned Performance Expectations Make 75-150 outbound calls daily Schedule 2-5 qualified appointments per day Maintain accurate and detailed CRM records Follow all scripts, sales processes, and compliance guidelines Meet or exceed weekly activity and appointment goals Maintain professionalism and exceptional customer service on every call JOIN CONNECTOS NOW!
